Lisa MortensenI have always been fascinated by books as objects and in the possibilities of exploring this idea through the use of different materials and sculptural forms, though always maintaining the principal of a traditional book as an object which can be opened and closed.
In this sculpture I see the book as a container, a world, a space into which the viewer is invited to enter.
